Environmental project assessment
Assess your project's feasibility using technical and environmental criteria
At Criteria Tech, we assess the constraints of each initiative to help you identify opportunities, anticipate limitations, and make informed decisions. We take a comprehensive approach to evaluating environmental projects, tailored to the characteristics of the area, the planned activity, and applicable requirements.
We assess feasibility before moving forward
A preliminary assessment helps identify factors that may affect a project’s development. We examine its technical, environmental and regulatory characteristics to provide useful information during planning and decision-making.
Environmental and technical feasibility study
We assess the surrounding area, the land’s suitability for use, potential ecological constraints, and any restrictions that could affect the initiative. This work helps determine a project’s environmental and technical feasibility before resources are committed to its development.
Environmental due diligence
We carry out environmental due diligence to assess the conditions of a site or activity before an acquisition, investment or new development. This review helps identify risks and issues that may warrant further investigation.
Environmental permitting management
We identify the environmental procedures that may be required and the relevant authorities based on the project’s characteristics. We analyse the requirements associated with each environmental impact and the corresponding procedure, helping you plan the necessary steps.
Corporate social responsibility and sustainability
We incorporate sustainability and social responsibility criteria into our assessment of initiatives, taking into account their environmental and social implications. This approach helps guide decisions toward sustainable social responsibility, aligned with each organization’s objectives and context.
